These terms cover the dash app and this website, offered by Misha Ovcharenko. By using them you agree to these terms.
dash is a display, not a driving aid. Set your destination and settings before you drive, mount the phone where it doesn't block your view, and follow traffic laws and your car's own speedometer. The speed and times dash shows are estimates from GPS and can be wrong, late or unavailable, for example in tunnels or with a weak signal.
You may use dash for your own personal use. Don't reverse engineer it, resell it or use it to break the law.
dash is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Misha Ovcharenko isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or any loss arising from your use of dash, including anything that happens while driving.
If you got dash from the App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies.
These terms may change; the new version goes on this page with a new date. They're governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
